  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

    Returns can be made within 7 calendar days of purchase. For all eligible returns, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase amount; we do not offer cash refunds. For an eligible return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, including the original packaging with the tag intact. Receipt or proof of purchase (digital receipt) is required.

    We are unable to accept returns without original packaging or proof of purchase.  

  • Yes! We sell physical gift cards in-store, or you can call the store to purchase an e-gift card to be sent to the recipient. We will simply email you an invoice.

  • We offer a unique curated collection of new and vintage decor, gifts, and lifestyle items. Each piece is carefully selected. Alongside that, we also have our own line of custom cabinetry pieces for the home. Each piece can be customized to fit your home and color palette.

  • We are putting out new inventory (both new & vintage pieces) almost every day! Our inventory is always moving and changing. Chances are, if you stop in often, you will see a big difference in our selection from one week to the next. Always something exciting!

  • We LOVE having a variety of local art and items in the store. Do you have items you think would be a good fit for Victory Home's style?

    First thing to know: We do not consign. We only purchase via wholesale to sell in the store. (Generally easier for both sides)

    To show us your pieces you’d like us to consider for our store, email us a website or link showing photos of your work, along with wholesale/retail pricing listed.

    Please note that we likely will not have time to view items or catalogs brought into the store, and we do not generally set up appointments for this without first receiving an email with the above info.

    It may take us some time to respond; please be patient. Also, please understand that we are a small shop and often need to be very selective about the categories of items we carry, as well as the sizes of the items (artwork, for example).
